Classic Curry Sauce
a rich, warming tomato curry
Perfect with chicken, vegetables, grilled meats and wild game
Our Classic Curry Sauce is crafted with fresh ginger, garlic, onions, cilantro, and other ground-to-order spices resulting in a rich full-bodied sauce. Simply bring the sauce to a simmer, adding 2 to 2.5 pounds of raw chicken and cook for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked completely through. Also delicious with sauteed or roated vegetables. Other recipe suggestions: Heat and combine with rotisserie chicken. Serve atop grilled meats or wild game. Combine with ground turkey or chicken for an Indian-inspired burger.

Coconut Curry Sauce - Debuting Fall 2013
A bright, tangy, lemony curry
Perfect with fish, shellfish, chicken and vegetables
Our Coconut Curry Sauce is crafted with fresh coconut, tomatoes, cilantro, turmeric and other ground-to-order spices resulting in a mild lemony sauce. Simply bring the sauce to a simmer, adding 2 to 2.5 pounds of raw shrimp or mild white fish and cook for 2-5 minutes or until cooked. Also delicious with chicken, sauteed or roasted vegetables. Other recipe suggestions: Heat and combine with rotisserie chicken. Serve atop grilled fish, shellfish or chicken. Combine with mussels or clams and steam.
Slow cooker: our sauces work beautifully in a slow cooker. Simply add sauce, one cup of water, and 2 to 2.5 pounds of chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
